The 5911 2.4GHz Multiverse® Transmitter provides new options for wireless DMX/RDM. It has an Ethernet input that allows it to accept Streaming CAN (sACN) or Art-Net and to 10 user-selectable universes of DMX/RDM. It also has the ability to use less radio energy than current single-universe wireless DMX transmitters. A Bluetooth radio receiver is incorporated to enable communication with City Theatrical’s DMXcat® app from the user’s smartphone. The user can then use the smartphone for control of any lighting fixture that is part of the Multiverse setup. The lighting fixture will accept commands through an onboard Multiverse Module, a Multiverse SHoW Baby, Multiverse Node or any wired fixture downstream of those devices. The Multiverse Transmitter is also Wi-Fi enabled to allow communication and control from tablet-based controllers such as Luminair.
